Dining

There are so many good eateries in Crested Butte, Gunnison, and the surrounding areas that are worth giving a try. We've got menus ranging from yummy "grease pits," wholesome and delicious "organic

and fresh", finger-lickin' barbeques, gourmet food served with reduced sauces and award-winning wine lists, to fresh sushi, and more.

The views range from people watching in the street, to the West Elk Mountain Range, to rivers flowing past, to the unique alley behind the restaurant.

Some restaurants you will find in Anytown, USA. We highly suggest giving the local talented entrepreneurs your patronage.

When you dine with younger children, it is wise to bring your own crayons, paper, activities, and maybe even a cracker or two. Although the days are longer in the summer, be sure to eat early enough to avoid the "meltdown" hour. Most restaurants provide take-out, some deliver.

The evenings are cool, so be sure to wear your sweaters or jackets if you're strolling around outside after dinner.
