Prefer a night on the town instead? Enjoy a scrumptious Italian dinner at Garlic Mike's three miles north of Gunnison, which is "worth the drive" according to The Denver Post. Have a gourmet dinner at one of Crested Butte's many fine dining establishments. The Timberline Restaurant offers New American Cuisine in an intimate atmosphere. You can view their menu here. Le Bosquet offers gourmet country French food with an award winning Wine Spectator wine list. The Lobar offers tapas, world-class sushi (that is also available by delivery), and a fun hipster atmosphere. At 10 p.m., the Lobar makes the switch from sushi lounge to modern dance club with the best drink menu and DJs in town. Other choices for intimate dinners include Harry's Fine Dining and The Soupcon.

Mardi Gras weekend is a fun time to go out and see some live music, check out the disco ice skating party (they have beer!), or get decked out for the Masquarade Ball on Feb 2.

Need to freshen up your dance moves? Dance lessons offered by Nancy Church are offered Sunday nights from 7-8:30 p.m. in Jerry's Gym in the CB Town Hall.
